Smart Safe & Green is an innovative intelligent bio-building project created to transform the existing building stock into an ecological, safe, and technologically advanced system.
Funded by the European Social Fund – POR FESR Lazio 2014–2020, under the “Bio-building and Smart Building” call, the project combines green systems, structural monitoring technologies, and purifying plants to improve the environmental and structural performance of urban buildings.
The project has developed a modular and sustainable system designed to refurbish facades and roofs. The dry construction architecture reduces on-site construction time, environmental impact, and maintenance costs.
Med Marine Srl was an active partner in the Smart Safe & Green project, providing technical, operational, and logistical support. At its Colleferro headquarters, it managed the project’s official help desk, offering assistance and informational support to stakeholders.
